Considering the health and safety of our guests and staff as our top priority, we assure you that our integrated Health and Safety plan foresees all measures, specifications and procedures across all hotel departments according to Government’s heath protocol, to address COVID-19 and any disease that can be transmitted in the community. Those measures are:
1. Operation at low occupancy to ensure proper distancing
2. Intensified daily cleaning & disinfection across all touching points and surfaces in the rooms, private Jacuzzi and sun beds
3. Disinfectant dispensers for guests in suites
4. Simple & fast check-in / check-out procedures in outdoor areas with suggested check-in time from 15:00 and check-out time till 11:00, following the mandatory instructions of the Government due to COVID-19
5. Doctors on call 24/7 to provide special care to our guests
6. Medical Kit and laser thermometers available for our staff and guests
7. Air conditioning cleaning on a daily basis with a special solution
8. Plastic-covered remote controls, which changes after every check-out
9. Electronic payment and invoicing for all upcoming reservations
10. Training for our staff on a regular basis
PROTECTING OURSELVES AND OTHER FROM COVID-19
Clean your hands with an alcohol based hand rub or wash them carefully with water and soap. Avoid unnecessary contacts. Avoid touching your mouth, eyes and nose. Cover your mouth with your elbow when coughing or sneezing. Keep at least one meter distance between you and others.
